Democrats prepare Article 25 for President Biden’s inauguration

With former vice president Joe Biden leading Bernie Sanders in the national delegate count, Democrats are publicly ecstatic about his shocking comeback on Super Tuesday and no one is willing to admit caring about his endless series of so-called “gaffes.”

“So what if Joe grabbed his wife on stage in Los Angeles and thought she was his sister?” said Valerie Jarrett, former president Obama’s senior advisor. “He didn’t need to win Utah anyway.”

“So what if the man forgot the Declaration of Independence and called God a thing?” said Barack Obama, who said he could endorse Biden any minute now. “That document’s about 100 years old and is full of negative liberties.”

Former DNC Chair Donna Brazile said, “So what if Biden said millions of Venezuelans are fleeing to neighboring Bolivia when Bolivia is on the opposite side of the continent? Joe won’t be flying Air Force One all by himself.”

But not everything is malarkey-free in DC. Privately, the same prominent Democrats admit Biden is already incompetent and they’re preparing to use Article 25 of the Constitution to remove him from office immediately after his inauguration.

Section 4 of the 25th Amendment enables the Vice President, with a majority of members of the Cabinet, to declare the President unable to discharge his duties, thus installing the Vice President as acting President pending a presidential appeal to, and vote by, the Congress.

“It’s going to happen without any quiet rumbling from psychiatrists who want to keep their jobs,” said a national political correspondent who demanded anonymity. “And no news reporter will mention it after Chris Matthews was summarily executed on the air by MSNBC. But it’s going to happen.”

“It’s probably a good thing Biden thinks he’s running for the Senate and doesn’t know if he’s in Iowa or Ohio,” said DNC chairman Tom Perez. “He’ll want his old senate seat back after the inauguration, anyway. Trust me.”
