Satan’s ambassador reassures Democrats: ‘Rep. Dingell is not here. #Impeach45’

New York (Reuters) — Satan’s ambassador to the United Nations reassured Congressional Democrats early this morning that U.S. President Donald Trump is wrong about the late Congressman John Dingell (D-MI) and Democrats are right about impeachment.

“The King of Babylon can categorically state that Rep. Dingell is not here,” the ambassador said in a tweet from Hades followed by the hashtag “Impeach45”.

Trump incurred Satan’s wrath at a campaign rally in Battle Creek, Mich.

“Maybe he’s looking up, I don’t know,” Trump said of the late Dingell. “Maybe. Maybe. But let’s assume he’s looking down.”

Dingell (1926-2019) was a WWII veteran who represented Michigan from 1955 to 2015 who once told Trump to “go to hell.” His wife Debbie Dingell now sits in Congress.

Correction: In a Freudian slip, Satan originally said Trump was “right about impeachment.” He blamed us for the error and demanded a correction. We abjectly agreed. Please forgive us.

As the leader of the Democratic Socialists for Self Defense, he plans to wall off the city of Oakland to protect undocumented immigrants from Darrell Steinberg's secret Nazi police force.
