Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren today called for world governments to implement a regime of strict education and licensing fees for immigrants who choose the career path of International Terrorist.
“America must lead against terrorism, but murdering austere religious scholars is not the way,” Warren said, referring to the U.S. killing of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
In America, Warren said she would create a federal Board of Freedom Fighter Opportunity (BOFFO) to oversee the licensing of immigrants who are inclined to follow the Islamic Caliph.
“I’m not saying we should, but if we do kill every successor to the Prophet Muhammad (pbh) and teacher of the entire ummah, we also have to peacefully ensure that his message does not die with him,” Warren said.
A draft proposal says that “only the federal government is wise and capable enough to enforce the licensing requirements of individuals who routinely work from home with substances that are strictly controlled by the same government.”
Warren admits the measure could be seen as “punitive” among the the community of austere religious scholars.
